The building is listed as a part of the Protected Historic Street-scape and of the Historic Protective Area of Budapest. The design task was to outline three options for the development of the property. On the ground floor, the aim is mainly public, commercial use, on the upper levels residential, or rental use. Design options span from simple refurbishment to completely new building.
